Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations will result in a $50 charge.
No call/no show clients will be charged 100% of the service rate.
No exceptions.
